In the event of an accident within the scope of insurance liability, the property in which the accident occurred shall not be replaced or repaired without the consent of the insurer. When the insured learns that there may be a lawsuit, he shall immediately notify the insurer in writing and serve it on the insurer in time after receiving the court summons or other legal documents.
