Legal basis: Notice on Promoting the Installation of Self-use Charging Facilities for New Energy Passenger Cars in Property Management Areas

In order to implement the Regulations of Beijing Municipality on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution and the Administrative Measures of Beijing Municipality on the Demonstration and Application of New Energy Passenger Cars, and promote the development of new energy passenger cars in this city, the relevant matters concerning the installation of self-use charging facilities for new energy passenger cars are hereby notified as follows:

First, the city's property service enterprises should actively support and cooperate with the installation of self-use charging facilities for new energy passenger cars.

Two, the installation of self-use charging facilities units should have the qualification of mechanical and electrical installation or power general contracting qualification.

Three, the installation unit should properly protect the residential area of * * * parts and * * * facilities, if there is any damage should be repaired in time.

Four, the realty service enterprise shall cooperate with the following work, and shall not take the opportunity to collect fees:

(1) Designate a special person to cooperate with new energy minibus manufacturers and local power supply companies to investigate the site;

(two) provide relevant drawings or indicate the location of power supply and the direction of buried pipelines in the parking lot;

(three) cooperate with the installation unit on-site construction;

(four) to cooperate with the formalities for changing electricity consumption.

5. The owner is responsible for the later maintenance of self-use charging facilities. If the leased parking space expires or the charging facilities are no longer used, the owner shall be responsible for the demolition.
