Which department should manage the property?

Legal analysis: the real estate administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities within their respective administrative areas; Article 42 stipulates that the competent price department of the people's government at or above the county level shall, jointly with the competent real estate administrative department at the same level, strengthen the supervision of property service charges.
