How to apply for a monthly card if Guiyang Flower Orchard is not the owner?

If Guiyang Flower Orchard is not the owner, you need to submit the following steps to apply for a monthly card:

1. Obtain written authorization from the owner;

2. Provide a copy of my ID card, driving license and driver's license (note: the driving license and ID card should be consistent);

3. Submit the application form, and the management manager will examine and approve whether to handle it according to the monthly card number of the parking lot (no more than 800).

Please note that non-residential owners/residents are not allowed to apply for monthly parking cards.
