The second phase of Dazu Heshan Project covers an area of 5 134 1.6 square meters, with a total construction area of 227,400 square meters, including residential155,200 square meters, commercial 30,000 square meters and commercial apartment 3 1.90 square meters. The project will build a centralized large-scale commercial hotel-style apartment, with affordable housing and 12 class kindergarten covering independent areas, forming a complete education system. In the overall design, we will combine Shawan River to transform the natural landscape of the wetland park, make full use of the beautiful landscape after transformation, and reserve large-scale development space and unobstructed sight corridors to form a continuous commercial interface and public open space, strengthen the commercial atmosphere and beautify the living environment.

At present, the signing rate has reached 98%, leaving 7 unsigned households. During 2065438+2009, Vice Mayor Ai Xuefeng gave a clear task instruction to the Central South Area Renewal Project of Heshan Community in Dazu during the activities of city representatives entering the community. At present, the street land consolidation center has been involved and is vigorously promoting multi-party linkage. In addition, the planned Shatangbu station of subway 17 line may also bring new development opportunities for the project.
