Chongqing Yuneng Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. was established in September, 1992. After more than 20 years' development, the company has grown in scale and formed a comprehensive industrial group focusing on real estate development, integrating property management, architectural decoration and real estate leasing. In 2009, the company became a subsidiary of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd., and in 20 13, it became a subsidiary of China Water Resources and Electric Power Materials Company, which was directly managed by China Datang Corporation.
