Zhou Xudong, director of Suzhou Industrial Park Management Committee, Liu Xiaomei, deputy director, Xu Zhong, chairman of Xinjian Park Group, Kang Yue, Fan Li, chairman of soochow securities, and Zhou Qian, partner of Zhonglian Fund, all opened the market with "Zhonglian Wu Dong-Xinjianyuan Neighborhood Center Special Asset Support Plan".

The "Special Plan for Asset Support of Newly-built Yuan Neighborhood Center" takes 65,438+00 neighborhood centers distributed in the core of living circles in Suzhou Industrial Park as the underlying property assets. All projects have the characteristics of reasonable layout, convenient transportation, rich formats, stable merchants and mature operation, and have the basic conditions for asset securitization operation.

The planned distribution scale of this product is 2.05 billion yuan, of which the priority scale is 65.438+0.45 billion yuan and the secondary scale is 600 million yuan. Among them, the priority securities are rated AAA, the product term is five years, and the issue rate is 5.8%. The issue interest rate and subscription multiple are obviously better than similar products recently issued, attracting the favor and investment participation of many institutions such as commercial banks and securities companies.
