1. The applicant has a permanent residence in this city for more than 5 years;

2. The applicant must be a low-income family or the lowest-income family recognized by the local civil affairs department;

3. The per capita housing construction area of the applicant's family is below 10 15 square meters;

4. The family members of the applicant have a legal relationship of maintenance, support or maintenance, and live together;

5. The applicant and his family members have been confirmed by the local housing management department that they have no housing elsewhere;

6. When applying for public rental housing, the applicant needs to provide an application form for public rental housing, ID cards, household registration books, income certificates and other materials of the applicant and family members.

4, marriage certificate, divorce or widowhood to provide relevant proof;

5. Proof of family housing status;

6. Proof of family income;

To apply for public rental housing, the following conditions shall be met:

(a) there is no room in the local area or the housing area is lower than the prescribed standard;

(two) the income and property are lower than the prescribed standards;

(3) If the applicant is a migrant worker, he has been employed stably in the local area for a specified number of years.

The specific conditions shall be determined by the housing security department of the municipality directly under the central government and the people's governments at the city and county levels according to the actual situation in the region, and shall be implemented and announced to the public after being approved by the people's governments at the corresponding levels.
