An insurance company shall not reduce the scope or amount of insurance by reducing the construction area or excluding the project cost of uninsured projects, or underwrite at a price lower than the normal market price, or engage in unfair competition at this cost.

In addition to taking regulatory measures in accordance with the law, Guangzhou regulatory authorities shall record the units and personnel who have broken their promises in the insurance of potential defects in engineering quality in the integrity files in accordance with relevant regulations. If there are more than two acts listed in the negative list of insurance companies and risk control management institutions, the administrative department of housing and urban and rural construction of Guangzhou Municipality will include them in the abnormal list. From the date of being identified as the behavior listed in the negative list for the second time, the information disclosure of new policies in the information platform and Guangzhou area will be suspended within 1 year.
