3. There is no direct relationship between the property company and the developer. After the establishment of the owners' committee, the property company will be selected by all the owners (owners' committee), which can be the previous property company or other property companies.

The biggest difference between developers and property lies in the content of responsibility: developers are responsible for construction and sales. The property management company is responsible for the management of hygiene, safety and leakage projects left by developers, and the daily supervision and service of water, electricity and facilities.
