Multi-school scribing of "new" second-hand houses in six districts of the city

As of this year, the six districts in the city have clearly stated that newly purchased second-hand houses do not enjoy single-school scribing, but enter the school through multi-school scribing.

Although Chaoyang District is not clear in this year's admission policy, it has been made clear before that the actual residential address corresponding to the immovable property certificate obtained by the parents or legal guardians of school-age children after June 30, 20 17 no longer corresponds to a school, and school-age children who register for admission according to this actual residential address will participate in the overall distribution of their districts.

Different districts have different restrictions on "new" second-hand houses. Dongcheng District stipulates that the certificate of immovable property right of the actual residential house registered for admission is the family obtained after June 30, 2008+2065438, and the school is arranged in many schools in Dongcheng District through computer allocation. Haidian District stipulates that if a house newly registered in the district after 20 19 1 is used to apply for admission, it will no longer correspond to one school and implement multi-school scribing. Shijingshan stipulates that after September 20 19 1 day, when the immovable property certificate obtained through the second-hand housing transaction in the region is used to apply for admission, it will no longer enjoy the single-school enrollment policy and implement the multi-school enrollment policy in the school district. Fengtai District's admission policy mentioned that "some schools implement the purchase of' second-hand houses' for the children of homeowners to enroll through multiple schools".

Xicheng District stipulates that when school-age children who have bought houses in this district and obtained the house title certificate enter the primary school from July 3, 2020, they will no longer study in the dicing school, and all will be enrolled in this school district or adjacent school districts by multi-school dicing.

It will be more difficult to "choose a school" next year.

The clear "new regulations" in this year's admission policy will also affect school-age children who will enter school next year. It is foreseeable that it will be more difficult to "choose a school" next year.

For example, in Xicheng District, it is clear that when school-age children whose household registration moved from other districts of this city to Xicheng District enter the primary school on July 3, 2020, they will no longer study in this school, and all will be enrolled in this school district or adjacent school districts by multi-school dicing.

Haidian District has made it clear that since 2020, new primary schools and new primary schools in middle schools will implement multi-school scribing in principle.

Shijingshan has increased the scope of multi-school scribing this year. According to the regional degree supply, household registration, real estate, length of residence and other factors, the multi-school enrollment method is implemented in some residential areas such as Diecuitingyuan District 1 (No.5 Huanggu Fourth Street) and Diecuitingyuan District 2 (No.6 Huanggu Fourth Street) in Xihuangcun District.

While restricting "school choice", the city has continuously promoted the reform of group-run schools and district system, exerted the existing high-quality education resources, and optimized the layout and structure of basic education resources. At present, there are 158 education groups and 13 1 school districts in the city, and more than two-thirds of primary and secondary schools implement district system management.
