Composition of contract property service fee

The service fee of this industry consists of property service cost, statutory taxes and fees and profits of property service enterprises.

According to Article 11 of the Measures for the Administration of Property Service Fees, if the property service fee is contracted out, the composition of the property service fee includes the property service cost, statutory taxes and fees and the profits of the property management enterprise.

These expenses cover all kinds of costs required for property services, including the salary of managers, daily maintenance expenses of property parts and facilities, cleaning and sanitation expenses, greening maintenance expenses, order maintenance expenses, office expenses, etc.
