How to apply for affordable housing in Xuhui District

1. Fill in the Audit Form for Resettlement of Anju and Affordable Housing in Shanghai (required to be sealed by the employer and the property company of the original housing).

2. Sign a (pre-) allotment contract, pay the house price or go through the loan application procedures.

3. Send the contract text to Shanghai Housing Development Bureau for approval.

4. Go to the bank to handle the loan procedures and transfer the money to the developer.

5. Send the contract to the real estate trading center for real estate ownership transfer registration.

6. After obtaining the property right certificate, all the purchase matters are over.

7. Pay the deed tax and printing tax to the tax department, and then go to the district real estate management department to get the real estate license.

8. Go through the check-in formalities at the designated property company and pay the maintenance fund and property management fee.
