Is it illegal for office staff to abuse property?

Illegal. According to the inquiry in Article 42 of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment, whoever knowingly maliciously insults a staff member for the crime of provoking trouble or insults or slanders others, if the circumstances are bad and disturb social order, constitutes the crime of provoking trouble and is sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years. Therefore, it is illegal for office workers to insult property.
