2. The location is good. This policy is mainly in line with the old planning of Fuzhou, so most of the lots are very good and located in the city center.

Disadvantages:

1. I can't buy it. The proportion of resettlement houses in the commercial housing of resettlement houses is relatively high, and there are not many commercial houses that can be sold to the outside world. It needs a fair lottery and may not be available.

2. The quality of the community cannot be guaranteed. The quality of resettlement houses was not very good in the past. Now the resettlement housing is a new policy, which has just been implemented. There is no ready-made residential area for reference, so it is impossible to determine the quality and property level of this residential area at present.

At present, I think the resettlement commercial housing in the city center can still be purchased. On the one hand, the price is really low, on the other hand, there are not many houses in the city center. Starting from 20 18, the land acquired in Fuzhou is basically the type of resettlement housing commercial housing, so if you want to buy in the city center, there are not many pure commercial housing communities that you can choose, and you can only choose resettlement housing commercial housing.
