Decheng District of Dezhou issued a notice to strengthen epidemic prevention and control.

According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control work, it is decided through research that all units at all levels in the region should strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures in key places to completely eliminate hidden social risks.

First, strengthen the management and control of public places.

The gathering of the whole area and the cultural, sports and entertainment places in the closed space are temporarily closed.

In other non-essential gathering places in the whole region, strict control measures will be implemented, such as temperature measurement, clear code, current restriction and keeping the distance of 1 meter. Persons entering and returning to Decheng must show valid proof that the nucleic acid test report is negative within 24 hours before entering Decheng.

The off-campus training institutions and custody institutions in the whole region are closed, and the old-age care institutions are strictly closed.

Second, strengthen the control of all kinds of living and working places in the whole region.

All organs, enterprises, institutions and residents in the region are on duty 24 hours a day, and personnel strictly implement prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement and code checking. Those who enter and return to Decheng must show valid proof that the nucleic acid test report is negative within 24 hours before entering Decheng.

Advocate the general public not to buy online for the time being and strengthen prevention. All take-away, express delivery and take-away in the whole district are not allowed to enter the community, and non-contact distribution is implemented. Temporary storage areas and shelves are regularly disinfected by property management companies.

Third, suspend large-scale assembly activities.

Large-scale meetings, celebrations, training, performances, parties, promotions and other assembly activities are suspended in the whole region, and "red activities are postponed, white activities are simplified, and banquets are not held" is advocated.

Fourth, strengthen the control of foreign personnel and vehicles.

All personnel and vehicles returning to Decheng from other places are not allowed to stay without valid proof of negative nucleic acid test within 24 hours.
