A, the provisions of the state on the management of labor insurance supplies:

According to the Regulations on the Administration of Labor Protection Articles issued by the former Ministry of Labor 1996 in April and the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Labor Protection Articles issued by state administration of work safety on July 22, 2005, combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi Corps, these measures are formulated.

The purpose of labor protection articles is to protect the safety and health of employees in the process of production (work), so this regulation ensures that all labor protection articles are distributed to employees in kind;

According to the actual production (work) site, according to the actual working hours and according to attendance. All labor protection articles are proposed by the security department and the property department and reported to the Corps for approval, and then the property department purchases and distributes them according to the corresponding standards and specified quality requirements;

The purchase of protective articles must meet the national and industrial standards, and can be purchased from professional business units or labor protection articles production enterprises;

Management and property management departments should establish a unified account for the issuance of labor protection articles for the Corps. 6. Department leaders who fail to use labor protection articles or replace labor protection articles with other articles shall be fined 200-2000 yuan/person, and all legal responsibilities (direct responsibility, indirect responsibility and leadership responsibility) shall be investigated according to law.

Second, the distribution standard:

Calculated on a monthly basis, that is, based on the actual production (work) month, all sick leave, personal leave (including work-related injury leave), maternity leave, marriage leave, funeral leave, waiting for work and going out to study will be stopped;

The labor and property department of the Corps shall, according to the attendance of employees in the current month and the production (work) site, verify the standard and time for enjoying labor protection articles.

The assessment method is: working for 7 ~ 15 days in the current month, calculated as half a month; Work 16 days or more in the current month shall be counted as one month; Cross-month, according to the continuous date according to the above standard accounting; Thirty days shall be counted as one month, and the excess shall be counted separately.

Third, some explanations?

The approval of standards gives priority to the calculation of high standard working hours, and fields and institutions can be converted into unified standards;

Field team staff, in the field work time (according to the third assessment), enjoy the corresponding field work standards; Enjoy other post standards when working in Shangrao base; No work, no enjoyment;

Mining company personnel to the field, with reference to the standard of the corresponding type of work in the field. When the base personnel go out to work in the field, they shall distribute labor protection articles first, and then calculate the service life according to the standard 4 of field geology and survey work.

As one of the assessment criteria in this regulation is the attendance of employees, all departments are required to attend according to the facts. Truthfully reflect the production work and site of employees (especially the site and base should be distinguished), and require all departments to summarize their attendance sheets every quarter and submit them to the Corps for labor after review;

Employees shall not enjoy the standard time for more than one month each month, and shall not enjoy it repeatedly.
