According to the announcement issued by the property office of Longwan Community in Linfen City in 2023, the community industry committee was formally established on February 14, 2023 to supervise the management and operation of the property management company. Binhai Longwan is located in Du Yao Plate, Yaodu District. The residential area was developed and constructed by Linfen Shengbo Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of about180,000 square meters and a total area of about 57,979 square meters.
