How to write the claim for property compensation for house leakage?

Legal analysis: Through negotiation, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on the compensation for the roof seepage of Party B caused by the water leakage of Party A's house since May 15, 20XX:

1. In case of watermark and water seepage on Party B's roof caused by water leakage in Party A's house, Party A shall pay Party B a one-time maintenance fee of 1000 yuan (excluding lost time, transportation fee, communication fee, cleaning fee after maintenance and other expenses).

After Party A identifies and repairs the hidden danger of the house in Article 2 of the relevant agreement, Party B shall supervise and confirm that it is correct before the water leakage event is terminated. (Voluntary Stock Withdrawal Agreement)

4. This agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party, and shall come into force after being signed by both parties.
