Article 40 of the Regulations on Property Management

Property management regulations and related laws include: general principles, owners and owners' meetings, early property management, property management services, use and maintenance of property, legal responsibilities and supplementary provisions, with a total of seven chapters and 78 articles. In order to standardize property management activities and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of owners and property management enterprises, property management regulations are formulated.
