Is there a rule that Beijing property fees must be paid every year?

The law stipulates that property fees can be paid monthly, quarterly and annually. But the longest payment period is annual payment.

How to pay the property fee of each community depends on the contract of its own community. Pre-property service contracts are generally signed by developers and property companies. However, it can be modified by unanimous decision of the owner.

Before modification, it shall be implemented according to the contract.
