1. Ruiheyuan has a good geographical location, close to the subway line 2 station and about 25 minutes' walk.

2. The surrounding facilities are perfect, and there is Liangzhu Primary School (it can't be compared with Xihu District, but it's better than nothing), and it's about 20 minutes' walk from Liangzhu Town.

Talk about shortcomings:

1. Selling dog meat by hanging sheep's head: It has nothing to do with Greentown at all, and it is said to be jointly developed with Greentown; This property is a county property, not a greentown property.
