3. The first-class charging standard needs to meet the requirements of closed residential areas, and it should not be less than 3‰ of the total construction area of residential areas, and there should be no less than two items of property management services and fixed sports facilities. Fire fighting facilities in the community must also be improved.

4. In terms of security, there should be not only 24-hour patrol, but also 12-hour guard at the main entrance and exit of the community, and all vehicles entering and leaving need to be registered. In terms of health, it is necessary to establish a disinfection management system and carry out sanitary cleaning twice a day.
