We don't have much maintenance work in this position, mainly through the mobile phone to pick up the company's work order to go to the designated inspection, which is called "customs clearance" in the industry. But the property manager always gives us some jobs that are not electricians, such as building walls, draining sewers, painting facades, building flower beds and so on. This is what we have to do, we are very humble. Later, this kind of work took up most of our time, because you took the first one and the second one, and even the work that was originally done by the security guard was on us. We went to the property manager, and he said there was nothing he could do.

A few days before I resigned, another electrician named Liang left and was squeezed out by others. Master Liang's electrician skills are average, but knowing how to monitor and fire control are only two things that are short of property, so we should take them seriously. However, at that time, our supervisor was somewhat lacking in this respect. He is always afraid that Master Liang will take his place and always speak ill of him in front of the manager. People in the community would rather spend money to find someone outside to repair it than let their own people repair it.
