How long will the property construction permit be issued?

The duration of the property construction permit is 7 days.

The construction unit shall start construction within three months from the date of receiving the construction permit.

If the project cannot be started on schedule for some reason, it shall apply to the issuing authority for an extension before the expiration, and explain the reasons.

The extension is limited to two times, each time not exceeding three months.

Property refers to all kinds of houses and their supporting equipment, facilities and venues that have been built and put into use.
