Go to the intersection of Newfoundland and turn left. When you arrive near Xiantao Egg Factory, you will see a T-junction diagonally opposite (there is a Kempinski hotel at the intersection). Turn left and go straight along Mianyang Avenue. It needs three traffic lights, and then walk a few hundred meters. It's a bit far. It takes about half an hour to walk.
