Since the reform and opening up, our city has formulated and issued a number of government regulations, government and government office documents and departmental documents. However, with the change of economic system, the rapid economic development and progress in all aspects of our city, some rules and documents have not adapted to the needs of the new situation.

In the first half of this year, according to the requirements of the provincial party Committee and the provincial government on rectifying the soft environment for economic development, the municipal government cleaned up the existing rules and documents of our city and abolished some rules and documents that did not meet the soft environment for economic development of our city. These laws and regulations and documents are abolished because some codes of conduct belonging to the planned economy period are outdated under the current social and economic system, some competent departments and responsibilities have changed, some have been replaced by new local laws, regulations and documents, and the original management contents and norms are in conflict with the new laws, regulations and relevant policies and regulations; The examination and approval of some documents, fees and penalties are unreasonable, the management items are too detailed and the procedures are cumbersome, which increases the burden on enterprises, institutions and the people, and the management authority of some departments is overlapping, overlapping and uncoordinated.

After a comprehensive clean-up, the municipal government decided to abolish the first batch of 26 documents and 28 departmental documents of the municipal government and its office; The second batch abolished 20 administrative regulations, 242 municipal government and its office documents and 4 departmental documents.
