At the end of 20 10, our company passed the software enterprise certification of Hunan Economic and Information Technology Commission, indicating that our research direction has been recognized by professional institutions;

At the beginning of this year, our company submitted an application report for innovation fund to the Ministry of Science and Technology. Our project ranks fourth in the evaluation results of the software industry in the province, and ranks 14 among all participating projects in the province. 1, social background.

It is not difficult to find that due to the lack of effective supervision by scientific means, our energy is being wantonly wasted and the environment is being wantonly destroyed, which has seriously threatened our own survival and development. 2. Policy background.

It is an inevitable requirement to develop a "two-oriented society digital integrated information management platform" to implement the national strategy.

First of all, it is an inevitable requirement to implement the National Informatization Development Strategy for 2006-2020.

The first and second strategic emphases of China's informatization development are to promote national economy informatization and implement e-government. As a scientific and technological means of refined management of resources and environment, the application of "two-oriented society digital comprehensive information management platform" will certainly promote the transformation of industries with high energy consumption, high material consumption and high pollution, and will certainly bring good economic and social benefits. 6. Case introduction

At present, the "energy-saving supervision platform" in the sub-platform of the "two-oriented society digital comprehensive information management platform" independently developed by our company has been put into use in Changsha Institute of Social Work, Changsha University of Science and Technology, Huaihua University, Hunan Judicial Police College, Changsha Health School and other units.

Among them, Changsha Institute of Social Work has opened subsystems such as electric energy metering and energy-saving supervision system, electric energy prepayment management system, environmental monitoring and split air conditioning management system, energy data reporting management system, and energy audit and evaluation management system. The total electricity consumption of all buildings in the school was measured, and all student dormitories, family areas and commercial stores realized household metering, prepaid electricity and energy-saving supervision. Nearly5,000 electric energy metering monitoring points have been installed. It is worth mentioning that, based on the application of the platform, the school is fully implementing energy use index management. According to the current implementation, it is estimated that the school can reduce the electricity expenditure by more than 20% throughout the year.

The first-phase project of Changsha University of Science and Technology has opened an electric energy metering and energy-saving supervision system, an energy data reporting and batch import management system, and an energy audit and evaluation management system. The total electricity consumption measurement and energy conservation supervision of all buildings in the school have been realized (some of them have been measured to households), and the measurement and real-time monitoring of the main water supply network in the school have been realized, which can realize real-time water balance analysis and timely discover various phenomena of "running", "running", "dripping" and "leaking".
