1. In order to ensure the performance of this cleaning agreement, Party A will inspect and evaluate Party B's cleaning service quarterly according to the Hospital Property Cleaning Quality Evaluation Form.

2. Pay100% of the monthly contract fee if more than 90% of them pass the examination;

3. If the assessment score is less than 90 points, 50 yuan will be deducted for each less point.

4. Party A randomly checks the attendance of Party B's personnel. If the attendance is insufficient, the labor cost of the absent person on that day will be deducted, and the penalty of 100 yuan/person/time will be deducted.

Article 21 If Party A's office and service environment or reputation is damaged due to Party B's work mistakes, and the equipment and tools provided by Party A are damaged or lost, Party B shall bear the responsibility and pay compensation according to the price.

Article 22 During the execution of this Agreement, in case of force majeure, the two parties shall negotiate and solve it in time according to relevant laws and regulations.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 23 Both parties may supplement the terms of this Agreement and sign a written supplementary agreement, which has the same effect as this Agreement.
