If the elderly and children don't have a mobile phone, they can add and generate their own QR code under their family's mobile phone account.

4. Please take the initiative to show the "Yuekang code" and "two-dimensional code of sampling information" when testing, and always wear a mask, keep a distance of more than 1 meter from others, do not talk or gather, and obey the instructions of the field staff.

Five, within 48 hours, COVID-19 vaccine personnel temporarily do not take nucleic acid sampling, sampling after 48 hours, and timely report to the village committee to explain the situation. The discharged patients in COVID-19 will not participate in this regional nucleic acid test within 3 months after the end of family health monitoring.

Six, nucleic acid test results, please reduce the flow, temporarily do not participate in gathering activities. If you have fever and other symptoms, please take the initiative to go to the fever clinic of the nearest hospital.
