Recently, the national epidemic situation involved Jiangsu, Shanghai, Sichuan, Guangdong, Tianjin, Heilongjiang and other 15 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. On March 2nd, 1-2, Qingdao released 4 cases of local COVID-19. On March 2nd, Qingdao listed the community of Rushuiwan, No.53 Jiulongjiang Road, Huangdao District as a medium-risk area. In order to strictly implement the prevention and control strategy of "external defense investment and internal defense rebound" and effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic spread, we are hereby notified as follows:

First, come back to the district and report it. Anyone who returns to Yantai High-tech Zone from outside Yantai should take the initiative to register. At the following time nodes, there are people who have lived in key areas, people who overlap with the published time and space trajectory of positive infection, people who have been to or passed through medium and high-risk areas, people who have accompanied them at the same time, and people who come back and forth from closed management areas around the world. Please take the initiative to report to your community, hotel and unit at the first time and cooperate with the implementation of control measures. Those who conceal, falsely report or fail to implement prevention and control measures according to regulations, resulting in the risk of epidemic spread or other serious consequences, will be investigated for responsibility according to law. Please ask the masses to actively supervise and report. If the clues are verified, they will be rewarded.

Second, people from high-risk areas in China will be suspended from entering the area. If it is really necessary for the personnel in the county where the high-risk area is located to come to this area temporarily, centralized isolation and home health monitoring shall be implemented for 7 days after arrival. If there are no conditions for family health monitoring, centralized isolation will be implemented. Personnel from other counties in the prefecture-level city where the middle and high-risk area is located, who really need to come to smoke, must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours and conduct nucleic acid testing after arrival.

3. Entry personnel should report in advance. Entry personnel shall implement "14+7+7" health management measures. When the entry personnel at Yantai overseas ports return to their jurisdiction after completing centralized isolation, they should contact their villages and communities three days in advance, report their personal information on their own initiative, and actively cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures.

Fourth, do personal protection. Residents should always be vigilant and do personal protection. Standardize good hygiene habits such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, regular ventilation and sharing meals. In case of fever, cough, fatigue, diarrhea and other symptoms. Sixth, take the initiative to vaccinate. Residents should correctly understand the necessity, safety and importance of vaccination in COVID-19. Residents with vaccination needs should take the initiative to go to the nearest vaccination site and complete the vaccination as soon as possible. Especially for the elderly aged 60 and above, the risk of serious illness and death is the highest after being infected with COVID-19, so the whole course of vaccination and immunization should be completed as soon as possible.

Seven, active nucleic acid detection.
