How does the owner terminate the previous property contract?

Legal analysis: the owner and the property can terminate the contract through consultation according to the regulations. The owners decide to hire and dismiss the realty service enterprise through the owners' meeting, and the owners' committee implements the decision of the owners' meeting on behalf of the owners, and signs the realty service contract with the realty service enterprise selected by the owners' meeting. The prophase realty service contract may stipulate the time limit. However, if the realty service contract signed by the owners' committee and the realty service enterprise takes effect before the expiration of the term, the prophase realty service contract shall be terminated.
