Should the owners be informed of the price increase of residential natural gas?

The reasons for the price increase of residential gas are as follows:

At the same time, in extreme weather environment, the instability of renewable energy power generation may further push up natural gas consumption in the short term;

2. Oil and gas companies will join the carbon-neutral LNG trade. In the long run, the green premium will raise the price center;

With the global temperature rising, the intensity and frequency of high temperature weather are increasing, which greatly boosts the demand for natural gas power generation and refrigeration.

Article 5 of the Regulations on the Administration of Town Gas

The State Council construction administrative department is responsible for the national gas management.

The gas management departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the gas management within their respective administrative areas.

Other relevant departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall, in accordance with the provisions of these regulations and other relevant laws and regulations, be responsible for gas management within their respective functions and duties.

Article 15

The state implements a licensing system for gas business. Enterprises engaged in gas business activities shall meet the following conditions:

(a) in line with the requirements of gas development planning;

(2) Having fuel gas sources and fuel gas facilities that meet the national standards;

(three) the main person in charge of the enterprise, the safety production management personnel and the operation, maintenance and overhaul personnel have passed the professional training and examination;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

If the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph are met, the gas management department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall issue a gas business license.
