The locking mechanism is that the valve stem connected with the valve core is installed in the closed hole of the valve body, and the valve stem is equipped with a spring, a pawl and a ratchet locking cap. The valve body is a three-way valve, one of which is a bypass cap, and the valve core also has three through holes corresponding to the valve body. After adjusting the position of the valve core, tighten the ratchet locking cap so that the user cannot open it by himself. It has the function of reversing and locking, and has the function of heating and water supply system with one household and one machine.
