Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to standardize the activities of the owners' congress and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the owners, the rules of procedure of the owners' congress are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on Property Management, the Rules of Procedure of the owners' congress and the Articles of Association of the owners' congress.
Chapter II Measures for Determining the Voting Rights of Owners' Congress
Article 2 The voting right of the owners at the owners' meeting shall be exercised according to the number of houses owned by the owners, with one vote for each household.

After receiving the written notice from the secretary, the owners should apply to the owners' committee for reconsideration within 15 days if they disagree with the votes held. Failing to apply or apply for reconsideration within the time limit shall be deemed as agreeing with the number of votes held by the secretary. Article 9 The meeting of the owners' committee shall be convened in time upon the proposal of more than one third of the members of the owners' committee or the opinion of the director of the owners' committee. Three days before the meeting, the secretary will call each member.
Chapter IV Discussion Methods of Owners' Meeting
Tenth owners' meeting shall be convened by the owners' committee and presided over by the chairman of the owners' committee. If the director of the owners' committee is unable to perform his duties for some reason, the deputy director or other members designated by the director of the owners' committee shall preside over it. Neither the director nor the deputy director can attend the meeting. If the director does not specify a meeting host, the owners attending the meeting will recommend an owner to preside over the meeting. After the meeting, the members who did not attend the meeting shall be notified in time, and the specific opinions of the members shall be recorded in writing.
Article 11 The owners' committee shall send the notice of the meeting and the matters discussed at the meeting to the mailing address registered by the owners in the form of written registered letter before the meeting of the owners' general assembly is held 10, and it shall be deemed as delivered three days after sending, and the specific time shall be counted from the second day after sending.
