(2) Units that dispose of construction waste and those engaged in cleaning, collecting and transporting urban domestic waste, which are discarded or scattered along the way in the process of transporting construction waste and domestic waste, shall be fined 1 10,000 yuan to 20,000 yuan; If there are serious circumstances such as refusing to correct or causing greater harmful consequences, a fine of not less than 30,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan shall be imposed.

(3) Whoever sets up a construction waste disposal site without authorization shall be given a warning and fined 10000 yuan.

(4) If the construction unit fails to remove the construction waste generated in the process of project construction in time, thus causing environmental pollution, it shall be given a warning and fined 1 10,000 yuan but not more than 20,000 yuan; If there are serious circumstances such as refusing to correct or causing greater harmful consequences, a fine of not less than 30,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan shall be imposed.

Three, urban environmental sanitation management law enforcement personnel in the investigation and punishment of littering and other illegal acts, you can take compulsory measures according to law to temporarily detain vehicles, tools and articles related to illegal acts.

Four, public security, industry and commerce, health, environmental protection, transportation, water conservancy and other departments shall, within the scope of their respective duties, assist urban environmental sanitation management law enforcement agencies to investigate and deal with illegal acts such as littering.

If the party concerned fails to correct the illegal act within the time limit prescribed by the law enforcement officers, the relevant departments shall carry out rectification according to law, and the expenses for rectification shall be borne by the party concerned.
