2. If an elderly person is unwilling to pick up and drop off, he can temporarily bypass the above-ground area and must leave immediately after seeing off the passengers. Temporary parking is not allowed. Any owner who disobeys management will be punished to varying degrees before leaving.

3. If the owner has a lot of things or it is inconvenient to walk in rainy and snowy weather, after parking the car outside the community, borrow an umbrella or trolley from the community security booth and inform the room number, and someone will pick up the trolley and umbrella so that other owners can continue to use it. If the rod umbrella is damaged or lost due to false reporting of the room number, compensation will be made according to the price once verified.

4. Moving vehicles and vehicles transporting large goods must contact the property one day in advance and issue a letter of introduction before passing through the ground roads in the community, and temporarily park the vehicles in the parking area within the specified time. Vehicles driving without an appointment are not allowed to enter the community.
