What does a property manager need?

Property managers need to have basic conditions, ability conditions, skill conditions, experience conditions and moral conditions.

1, basic conditions

Abide by laws and regulations; At least 18 years old; Knowledge of property management; Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally; Have good professional quality and moral quality; Strong communication and leadership skills; College degree or above.

2. Ability conditions

Attention to detail; Ability to organize work efficiently; Constantly learn professional knowledge; Familiar with property management software and office software; Have the ability of teamwork and coordination; Ability to analyze and solve problems; Good communication and negotiation skills.

3, skill conditions

Familiar with laws, regulations and policies related to property management; Familiar with property management processes and standards; Familiar with professional knowledge and skills related to property management; Be able to formulate and organize the implementation of property management plan; Be able to coordinate the relationship between relevant departments and units of property management; Able to handle emergencies and disputes in property management.

4. Experience conditions

At least 3 years working experience in property management; Have management experience in various property management projects; Experience in dealing with complex problems of property management; Experience in managing a team.

5. Moral status

Have good professional ethics and professionalism, abide by professional ethics, do their duty, and provide quality property management services for the owners.
