The problem of not being lazy is the service agreement between shoppers and courier companies in the modern social service system. Courier itself is a service product, and courier is only a service terminal. Although it is understandable that couriers and shoppers privately agree on delivery methods, it is actually the lack of service caused by unclear contractual constraints. Since the establishment of the freight payment agreement, the scope of services, such as door-to-door delivery or collection, has nothing to do with express delivery. As for the property entrusted by the owners, they have no right to decide privately whether to let the courier in. Even measures based on safety considerations must be approved by the industry Committee and most owners, and publicity alone is not enough.
