Based on the basic principles of honesty, openness, transparency, timeliness and accuracy, the Xi Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has studied and drafted the Regulations on the Publicity of Commercial Housing Sales Information in Xi (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), which puts forward new requirements for the information content, publicity standards, inquiry methods, preservation forms and the production of model houses, apartment models and sand table models in sales activities.

Xi Housing and Construction Bureau believes that the implementation of this regulation not only clarifies the sales norms for enterprises, but also lets buyers know what information to check when buying a house and provides buyers with a guide to buying a house.

The Regulations mainly include five aspects. First, the two-dimensional code of project information is launched to provide a convenient query method for pre-sale permit information. By scanning the QR code of the project, buyers can quickly inquire about the pre-sale permit number, permitted construction, fund supervision bank, supervision account number, housing area, registered and unregistered houses and other information.

The second is to put forward requirements for the setting standards of model houses. The "Regulations" require that the actual delivery standard of the house should be consistent with the display content of the model house.
