In the restricted purchase area, the purchase of 1 apartment is restricted for households with non-local household registration (family members do not have local household registration) who can provide personal income tax payment certificates or social insurance payment certificates accumulated in Qingdao for two years or more from the date of applying for house purchase; For non-local households with/kloc-0 or more houses in the above areas, and non-local households that cannot provide the above tax payment certificate or social insurance payment certificate, the sale of houses to them will be suspended.
