Other expenses agreed by the owner. The cleaning cost included in the property management fee is not equal to the garbage cost. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning staff employed by the property company to clean all floors and property management areas of the mall, while the garbage fee refers to the domestic garbage clearing fee and domestic garbage disposal fee, so the property management fee of the mall does not include the garbage disposal fee.
