How to find employment for HVAC major?

I have the following views on HVAC professional employment:

1, manufacturing equipment, including air conditioners, pumps, and supporting equipment, are mostly sales posts and sales support posts. Money is the first priority, but there are preconditions. We should accumulate contacts through our own efforts and achieve the sales target every year.

2, do engineering, just graduated into the engineering company, with the site, will learn a lot of installation and construction experience, lay the foundation for their future development, but must be able to bear hardships, because of frequent business trips, with the construction site, my brother broke up with his girlfriend because of business trips.

3. In the design category, generally, graduate students or above will enter larger design institutes, and undergraduates can also enter design institutes in second-and third-tier cities, with more money and more work, but no money.

4. Operation and maintenance, which generally provides operation and maintenance services for property companies and owners. In the case of independence, the money path is still very bright and relatively stable, and it is suitable for versatile types dealing with people.
