Election method

First, the election must be passed by two-thirds of the total number of deputies, and the election must be voted by a show of hands. After being elected, the member representatives shall be reported to Shaoxing Civil Affairs Bureau for the record, and then they shall be the official president, honorary president, secretary general, deputy secretary general, chairman and director respectively.

2. Representatives may vote for, against or abstain from voting for each candidate, or they may choose another candidate. The other person selected must be a member of 16 years old or older.
