The owner may require the infringer to bear the tort liability such as apology, elimination of influence and compensation for losses. In addition, if the staff have a problem with the owner, deliberately retaliate and place a destructive device, it will be serious. Causing vehicle damage or other serious accidents is suspected of constituting the crime of intentional destruction of property or intentional injury or intentional homicide.
