On the future development direction and trend of Hongqiao District in Tianjin

Hongqiao District is one of the downtown areas of Tianjin, located in the northwest of the city, bordering Nankai, Beichen, Hebei and Xiqing. The whole area is 6 kilometers long from east to west and 5.6 kilometers wide from north to south, with a total area of 2 1.3 square kilometers. The whole district has 10 sub-district offices with a registered population of 5616,000. Hongqiao District is a saline land near the coast in history, which is called the lower end of nine rivers. Ziya River, South Canal and North Canal merge into Haihe River at Sancha Estuary, forming a unique terrain. Hongqiao District is named after the ancient "Hongqiao" in its jurisdiction.

Hongqiao District here has a rich and splendid historical and cultural heritage and is the birthplace of Tianjin. Sanchahekou area is the intersection of the North-South Canal and Haihe River, the hub of water transportation, the gateway to the capital and an important place for water transportation. The famous painting of the Qing Dynasty "Luhe Supervision Map" truly and delicately depicts the magnificent scenery of this area. In the second year of Wenjian in Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1400), Judy, the prince of Yan, led the army to "support the solid" (now the northern part of the customs) and took Cangzhou south. Later, in the second year of Yongle (A.D. 1404), a Fangcheng was built in zhi gu, named Tianjin, and the "Longfei Ferry" archway was built in the place where the river was crossed. Hongqiao District is the birthplace of Tianjin mechanical casting industry and the industrial cradle of northern China. Hongqiao District is also the birthplace of modern education in China and Tianjin. It is the seat of Beiyang University Hall, the earliest modern university in China, Tianjin Government Middle School (commonly known as Jingdangge Middle School), and Hebei Dasi Primary School Hall, the earliest government primary school in Tianjin. Hongqiao District was once a place where Tianjin's elegant culture flourished. Shuixizhuang is a private garden built in the first year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1723), which is famous for its gathering of scholars from the north and the south. Emperor Qianlong was stationed four times. The scenic Peach Blossom Garden still retains the former site where Emperor Qianlong boarded.

The Jin-Pu Railway here is an important trunk line of the national railway network, with convenient and smooth traffic. The expansion project of the West Railway Station in this area has been included in the national "Eleventh Five-Year" development plan. In the future, the West Railway Station will become the largest passenger hub in the central city integrating high-speed railway, passenger dedicated line, ordinary-speed railway, long-distance rail transit and public transportation, and also the traffic artery connecting the Jinpu line and the Jingshan line. In addition, three expressways, namely, Jinjing, Jinbao and Jinyong, pass through the territory, which is an important channel connecting Tianjin with Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi and Henan. More than a dozen lines, such as Beiheng Expressway, Xizhong Expressway, Northwest Half Ring Expressway, and Metro 1 Line, form a transportation network extending in all directions, which is fast and smooth.

Here, Hongqiao is the source of Haihe River, and the advantages of river scenery resources are obvious. Three rivers in Hongqiao, Ziya River, South Canal and North Canal, are located in the upper reaches of Haihe River system, and "river resources" are unique to Hongqiao. The comprehensive development and transformation of Haihe River in Tianjin will be promoted to the upper reaches during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, and there is much to be done around the "river".

Here, Hongqiao District, which is rich in land resources to be developed, relies on urban planning and demolition to fully promote the development and construction of Guanxia, Xiaoxiang, Xigu Nanshui Xizhuang, West Yuzhuang in front of West Railway Station, Hutong Golden Triangle and Hutong Li Aihua, Shaogongzhuang, No.51 Middle School, Lingdang Pavilion, Pingjin Campaign Memorial Hall and Guangrong Road. The planned construction land is about 6 square kilometers, which is the overall planning and rationality of Hongqiao District.

Future development direction In the next few years, Hongqiao District will adhere to the regional economic development strategy of "urban construction-driven, strong three and excellent two", and initially build our district into an important transportation and business center, business distribution center and livable entrepreneurial ecological city in Tianjin. Focus on building a center, two comprehensive economic belts, three green ecological corridors and six functional areas. That is, "West Railway Station Traffic Business Center, Guangrong Road Comprehensive Economic Belt, Qinzheng Road Comprehensive Economic Belt, Ziya River, North Canal, South Canal Green Ecological Corridor, TEDA City Commercial Exhibition Functional Zone, Dahutong Commercial Distribution Logistics Functional Zone, Dafeng Road Modern Commercial Functional Zone, Dinggu Commercial Service Functional Zone, Xigu Cultural Tourism Leisure Functional Zone and Shui Mu Tiancheng Commercial Service Functional Zone.

The reconstruction and expansion of Tianjin West Railway Station, the traffic and business center of West Railway Station, has been included in the national "Eleventh Five-Year" development plan, with an overall development of ***2.7 square kilometers. It has become the largest passenger hub in the central city integrating high-speed railway, passenger dedicated line, general-speed railway, long-distance rail transit and public transportation. At the same time, we will build a modern transportation business center integrating high-end business, leisure and entertainment, finance and insurance, logistics, retail business, hotels and commodity trade.

Guangrong Road Comprehensive Economic Belt starts from Li Qian levee in the west and ends at Beiyang Bridge in the east. Combining with the planning and construction of Guangrong Road in Tianjin and the advantages of intellectual resources of universities and research institutes in the area, relying on the development and opening up of Beijing-Tianjin metropolitan area and Binhai New Area, we will carefully build high-tech industrial parks and their supporting modern service industries. In view of the consumption demand of high-end consumer groups, universities and future high-tech parks in Beijing, we will make full use of about 130 hectares of planned land on both sides of the road to build public construction carriers and industrial clusters such as shopping, catering, entertainment, commerce, exhibitions, finance and hotels with high standards.

Qinjian Road Comprehensive Economic Belt starts from Hongqi Road in the south and ends at Qinjian Bridge in the north. From south to north, it is planned to build a modern service industry integrating business facilities, hydrophilic platform landscape belt, high-grade entertainment and leisure scenic spots, large automobile city, community service, catering and entertainment, and business residence; Relying on the historical landscape planning of Taohuadi, we will focus on developing historical and cultural leisure tourism belts.

Hongqiao District, three green ecological corridors, is born by rivers, prospered by banks and prospered by commerce. The natural environmental resources of "Three Rivers and Five Shores" are unique. In the next few years, relying on the planning and development along the Three Rivers, we will do a good job of "water", highlight the characteristics of natural and hydrophilic ecological environment, and gradually create three green ecological landscape belts with leisure, tourism and livability as the direction.

TEDA City Business Exhibition Functional Zone TEDA is located at Sanchahekou, Hongqiao District, and is the first node of comprehensive development of Haihe River. TEDA covers an area of 8,565,438+500,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 65,438+500,000 square meters and more than 600,000 square meters of public buildings. We will build a business, business and exhibition functional area that combines profound historical and cultural heritage with modern architecture and integrates cultural exposition, tourism and leisure, commerce and trade, exhibition, financial securities, star-rated hotels and high-grade commercial and residential buildings.

Relying on the 500,000-square-meter business gathering area in the area, the Dahutong Business Distribution Logistics Functional Area plans to build a 260,000-square-meter professional wholesale business building and related supporting facilities, making the area a logistics-based business distribution functional area with unique wholesale and retail functions, perfect commercial facilities and smooth traffic, integrating commerce, logistics and commerce, featuring small commodity distribution and modern logistics.

Dafeng Road Modern Business Functional Zone covers a total area of about 42 hectares with a building scale of 700,000 square meters. Taking the reconstruction and expansion of the West Railway Station as an opportunity, we will build a modern business functional area focusing on office buildings, finance and commerce and reflecting the characteristics of the canal.

Depending on the carriers such as Gloria Commercial Building, Pan-Ocean Building and Grand Stage, and combining the characteristics of densely populated areas and the location of scientific research institutes, the business service function area of Dingzigu focuses on developing regional comprehensive business services and university logistics services that meet the living consumption of community residents. Vigorously develop the catering industry and commercial service industry, and gradually form a characteristic functional area with commercial and comprehensive services as its main functions.

Xigu Cultural Tourism and Leisure Functional Zone covers an area of 550,000 square meters. Relying on Xigu Park, we will explore historical and cultural resources, deeply develop and transform Shuixizhuang, the top ten tourist attractions in Tianjin, and form a functional area integrating culture, tourism and leisure.

Shui Mu Tiancheng Business Service Functional Area This functional area is located at the intersection of Xianyang Road and Ziya River. Combined with the characteristics of dense population in this region, we will focus on developing commercial services to meet residents' living consumption, and build a number of public facilities such as hotels, businesses, restaurants and entertainment with an area of over 400,000 square meters, and gradually form a functional area of commercial services integrating catering, entertainment, shopping and livability.
