The property service fee agreed in this article does not include property overhaul and special maintenance fees. Property overhaul and special maintenance costs are charged in the maintenance fund and shared according to regulations.

Article 19 Relevant rights and obligations of Party A

Article 20 Relevant rights and obligations of Party B

(2) Carry out various property management service activities in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations and the agreement in this contract, but shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of the owners, property users and others, and shall not take advantage of the convenience of providing property management services to obtain improper benefits;
(3) According to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of this contract, collect property service fees from the owners or property users, and solve the problem of arrears of property service fees in a legal and effective way;
