Don't consider Fuyuan Community now. High housing prices, poor property and poor environment.

Kindness is very good. The environment in area A and area B is good, but if you want to buy it now, you should only be a second-hand house. The house price is too wet and inaccurate.

Sunshine Garden is a little small, but the property environment is ok.

These are the better communities on the Second Ring Road. Then two and a half to three laps.

Lianhua Town Jiayuan and Century City are newly-built communities, which have not been built yet. I feel that Jiayuan in Lianhua Town will be good, and many people around here bought houses there. Moreover, the first phase has been completed and the second phase will be completed by the end of the year. Now the house price is around 3 thousand.

Newly-built communities in Golden Triangle, Railway Station, Fourth Ring Road and Old Town are not recommended, if funds are available. The first two are too noisy and chaotic, and the fourth ring road is too far away, in the sewage treatment plant. There is nothing new in the old city, it is too crowded and the price is not very cheap. Might as well buy it outside the second ring road.
