Now there are new local cases in Liaoning and Anhui, and the epidemic has once again entered the prevention and control stage. Liaoning epidemic prevention and control has entered a critical stage. At this stage, the Shenyang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau of Liaoning Province quickly set up 50 supervision and inspection teams to carry out special inspections on epidemic prevention and control of retail pharmacies in Shenyang, focusing on the real-name registration of antipyretics sold, the scanning code and temperature measurement of customers entering the store, the disinfection and ventilation of business premises and the implementation of various protective measures for staff. Up to now, Shenyang has inspected 4232 retail pharmacies. During the inspection, it was found that 348 retail pharmacies had epidemic prevention and control problems. In view of their situation, all of them have been ordered to rectify, and 144 pharmacies that have seriously violated epidemic prevention and control measures have been suspended for rectification.

During this inspection, the retail pharmacies were investigated from five aspects. On the one hand, whether retail stores strictly identify and register the sales of antipyretics, among which antipyretics in rural areas are antipyretic, antiviral and antibiotic drugs. Second, did the pharmacy use the Food and Drug Administration APP to fill in the sales information of antipyretic drugs, and did it register immediately after the drugs were sold out, and reported immediately after registration. The third aspect is to check the dress and work requirements of pharmacy staff, whether the staff wear masks every day, whether they measure and record their body temperature before going to work every day, whether they wear work clothes and so on. The fourth party should check whether the overall environmental prevention and control requirements of pharmacies are in place, and check whether the business premises of pharmacies are ventilated and disinfected every day. Disinfection frequency should be at least twice a day, and each disinfection should be recorded. The fifth aspect is about the requirements of pharmacy customers, such as whether the customers who enter the pharmacy to buy medicine have taken their temperature, worn masks and checked their health codes.

In response to the epidemic prevention and control, Shenyang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau issued a notice on epidemic prevention and control, which has been distributed to all pharmacies in the city. Strictly require all pharmacies to strictly implement the real-name registration and submission of antipyretic drug sales, strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures such as code scanning and temperature measurement in business premises, and take serious measures against pharmacies that are not in place. The issuance of the Notice will further strengthen the sense of responsibility of retail pharmacies and further consolidate the defense line of epidemic prevention and control.
