Article 6 Material Supply 6. 1 Materials and equipment used in decoration projects must meet national standards, have quality inspection certificates and indicate the product name, specification, model, manufacturer's name and address in Chinese. It is forbidden to use building decoration materials and equipment that have been explicitly eliminated by the state. 6.2 If the materials and equipment supplied by the Employer have quality problems or differences in specifications, thus causing losses to the project, the responsibility shall be borne by the Employer. 6.3 All materials and equipment purchased by the contractor shall be purchased according to the requirements of design, specifications and samples, and those that do not meet the quality requirements or have different specifications shall not be used. If it has been used, the contractor shall be responsible for the losses caused to the project.

Article 7 Safety in Production and Fire Prevention 7. 1 The construction drawings or instructions provided by the Employer shall comply with the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant fire protection design specifications. 7.2 In case of safety or fire accident due to violation of relevant safety operation regulations, fire prevention regulations and fire prevention design specifications, the Employer shall bear all economic losses. 7.3 The contractor shall strictly abide by the construction safety operation procedures when carrying out decoration activities, take necessary safety protection and fire control measures in accordance with the regulations, and shall not use naked flame and conduct welding operations without authorization, so as to ensure that the operators and the surrounding houses and

Article 9 Project Change 9. 1 If the Employer needs to change the project and construction method, both parties shall handle the change negotiation visa in time before the project can be started, and the price and construction period can be changed accordingly. 9.2 The rationalization proposal put forward by the contractor involves changing the design and changing the raw materials, which must be approved by the Employer.
